In an attempt to prevent Lucy Violet from turning into a bloggers version of show and tell I'm going to throw a recipe into the mix for your consideration...

Actually, it's a bit cheeky calling this a recipe. Three ingredients. Cream, plain yoghurt and brown sugar, but oh what deliciousness! Try it you'll see.

All you need to do is beat 300ml of cream until it forms soft peaks. Stir through 100ml of yoghurt. Pour into a deep dish (the cream needs to be at least 5cm deep for the magic to work). Smooth the surface.
Sprinkle the top with an even layer of brown sugar. Make sure you cover the yoghurt/cream completely. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours. (The brown sugar turns into a lovely ruuny caramel)

That's it!

This is what you end up with.

It's creamy, smooth, tangy, easy-peasy and have I said delicious?
I found this "recipe" in David Herbert's Complete Perfect Recipes, he suggests serving it with grilled peaches but I think it's perfect as is.
Make it for pudding one night and let me know what you think.
